Everything started a while ago, when I was attending high school, I worked as part timer in my cousin Jorge's restaurant cleaning tables and serving drinks, later I had the initiative to learn how to prepare and finally to cook.

When I turned 21 we decided to open El Taco Loco 2, with the support of my parents and my three sisters, we started with the illusion and adventure of starting this dream.

At first it was very difficult, from scratch, to literally converge our customers to give us the opportunity, and until today has not been easy, we have invested, a lot of work, dedication and patience, we have really been blessed with this business working as family.
